You need to know that your child is being cared for in a safe and secure environment.
We, of course, take that responsibility very seriously.
To that end there are numerous CCTV cameras situated throughout the Day Care Centre, from the front door, through each room in the house and into the outdoor space. In addition, we’ve invested in a biometric fingerprint access system for added security for your child.
Wherever they are in Keiki, inside or outside, you can be assured that someone is with your child, looking after them and making sure they are safe and secure.
We have a dedicated staff team, which is made up of Early Years Practitioners, a Chef and the Manager.
The excellent standards of childcare we provide is a reflection of the quality staff we have at Keiki. All our staff team hold the relevant childcare qualifications that are required. The majority of Early Years Practitioners are qualified and hold level 3 credentials in the Children and Young Peoples workforce.
The Director also holds a supervisory Childcare qualification. The Manager holds degree level qualifications and has extensive experience in the childcare sector spanning over 20 years.
As a Childcare provider we are committed to regularly updating and adding value to the expertise of our staff team through training, much of which is done in-house with external support.
Our dedication to our work and obligation to providing a safe and secure environment for the children commits us to ensuring that all staff employed by Keiki Day Care are fully vetted within the requirements that we are bound by. All staff and volunteers are required to undertake a mandatory enhanced disclosure (DBS) check.
